1. Attendance & Punctuality
Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory in theory and practical classes. Latecomers may not be allowed to enter the class without prior permission. Leave must be sanctioned in advance; in case of illness, a medical certificate is required.
2. Dress Code
Students must wear the prescribed uniform and lab coat during classes, practicals and hospital visits. Personal grooming and hygiene must be maintained at all times.
3. Academic Discipline
Students must submit assignments, projects, and practical work on time. Cheating or malpractice during exams or practicals will lead to disciplinary action, including possible expulsion. Mobile phones must be switched off or kept in silent mode during class hours.
4. Behavior & Conduct
Respectful behavior towards faculty, staff, and fellow students is expected. Bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behavior is strictly prohibited. Students are not allowed to bring outsiders into the campus without permission.
5. Campus Property
Students must handle all laboratory equipment, books, and institute property with care and responsibly. Damage to property will be charged to the student, and disciplinary action may follow.
6. Hospital Training / Internships
Students must follow the hospital’s rules and professional code of conduct during clinical postings. Punctuality, discipline, and patient confidentiality must be strictly maintained.
7. Use of Technology
Internet and computer facilities are for academic use only. Misuse of online platforms for spreading rumors, harassment, or cheating will result in suspension or dismissal.
1. Communication
Parents must provide up-to-date contact information and respond to communications from the institute promptly. They are encouraged to attend parent-teacher meetings and review academic progress.
2. Financial Responsibility
Tuition fees and other dues must be paid on or before the scheduled dates. Delay in payment may result in penalties or withholding of results and certificates.
3. Support for Attendance
Parents should ensure their ward attends classes regularly and avoids unnecessary absences. Frequent absenteeism without a valid reason may result in withdrawal from the course.
4. Discipline
Parents must cooperate with the institution in enforcing discipline and addressing behavioral issues. Any misconduct or violation of rules by their ward may require parental involvement in corrective measures.
5. Health & Safety
Parents should inform the institution of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs. Emergency contact details must be accurate and reachable at all times.
6. General Declaration
All students and parents/guardians are required to sign a declaration at the time of admission, agreeing to abide by the rules and regulations of the institute.

What is Ragging?
Ragging includes any act that:
- Causes physical or mental harm or apprehension
- Humiliates or intimidates a fellow student
- Forces a student to perform actions against their will
- Interferes with a student’s academic or personal life
- Such acts are criminal offences under the law and will attract strict disciplinary and legal action.
Preventive Measures at the institute
We have implemented the following steps to ensure a ragging-free environment:
Anti-Ragging Committee: Comprises senior faculty and administrative members to oversee policy enforcement.
Anti-Ragging Squad: Vigilant and mobile teams regularly patrol the campus .
Student Orientation: Awareness programs are conducted for freshers and seniors on anti-ragging laws and student rights.
Surveillance & Monitoring: CCTV cameras and active supervision in vulnerable areas.
Anonymous Complaint System: Easy and confidential reporting of any incidents.
Affidavit Submission (UGC-Mandated)
All students and their parents/guardians must submit a mandatory anti-ragging affidavit at the time of admission, declaring awareness and commitment to a ragging-free campus.
